WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. Items are sent via Royal Mail First class and may take up to 3 days to arrive.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

H & H candles want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason any of your items are broken in transit we will be happy to replace them provided they are returned in their original packaging within 10 days.

If any of your candles are faulty, eg. if the wick dislodges during burning, please return the faulty candle to us and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.


HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY CANDLE?

The candle should burn cleanly down the jar, if you find it doesn’t, just wipe inside the jar with a damp cloth when lit. Please nip the top of the wick with your fingers before re-lighting.

Occasionally air pockets appear around the jar, this does happen from time to time but it still burns the same! H & H candles are hand poured at home, if there is a circular crack on the top of the candle, this shows the candles purity!
